Our ballet begins as early as 4 years old and it goes up to advanced level.We emphasize on body posture and muscle strength as we gradually introduce exercises at the barre and center to improve coordination and musicality.
There is not specific age to start pointe work.Pointe classes usually start when the student has acquired enough strength and technique. We strongly recommend to start this class after at least 3 years of intense ballet technique.
Ballet Conditioning class is designed for students ages 6-21. Is a complementary work out for dancers that enhances their stamina, strength, muscle resistance, flexibility and endurance. We strongly recommend this class along with ballet technique for better results.

Contemporary dance is focused on spontaneity and self-expression, as opposed to choreography and rigid technique, students in contemporary dance tend to develop better self-awareness, both physical and emotional, along with the fitness and flexibility that all dance classes offer. It’s an important addition to a well-rounded dancer’s repertoire for many reasons, and it actually helps build creativity and thought processes that will offer countless advantages and benefits throughout the student’s life today and in the future.
Jazz dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. With flowing movements similar to ballet, jazz dancers combine sharp turns, large leaps and quick footwork in a show of flexibility and grace.
